Mandating Compliance with Existing Election Laws

Ms. Rausch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0521-0001, by inserting the following:- provided further, that not later than August 1, 2021, the secretary of the commonwealth shall comply with the provisions of the second paragraph of section 47C of chapter 51 of the General Laws.
