Keeping Film Jobs in Massachusetts

Messrs. Moore, Tarr, Feeney, Crighton, Kennedy, O'Connor, Pacheco and Timilty, Ms. DiZoglio, Messrs. Collins, Brady and Velis, Ms. Gobi, Ms. Moran, Messrs. Fattman, Cronin and Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended by striking sections 12, 13, 15, 16, 33, and 44;

and moves to further amend the bill by striking section 62 and replacing it with the following section:-

"SECTION 62. Chapter 158 of the acts of 2005, as amended by section 15 of chapter 63 of the acts of 2007, is hereby further amended by striking out section 9 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

Section 9. This act shall be effective for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2006."
