Ballardvale Pedestrian Safety

Mr. Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, That $25,000 shall be allocated to the town of Andover for improvements to enhance pedestrian and vehicle safety around Ballardvale Fire Station, Ballardvale Playground and adjoining intersection.
