Swampscott Racial Equity Municipal Action Plan

Mr. Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following words:-"; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the town of Swampscott to create a racial equity municipal action plan"; and by striking out the figure “$4,750,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$4,850,000".
