District Local Technical Assistance

Messrs. Eldridge and Pacheco, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Velis, Timilty, Lesser, Hinds, Tarr, O'Connor, Brady, Gomez, Cyr and Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting the following at the end:- “; provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for the District Local Technical Assistance Fund established in section 2XXX of chapter 29 of the General Laws, including projects that encourage regionalization, to be administered by the division of local services and distributed through the District Local Technical Assistance Fund”; and by striking the figure “4,750,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “7,750,000”.
