Mr. Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, "; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for placement of Flag poles at the "LT. George Gottwald Rotary" in the city of Boston and in said item by striking out the figures “$150,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-"$180,000".
