Newburyport Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons

Ms. DiZoglio moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended toward the installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacons in the city of Newburyport”; and by striking out the figure “$4,750,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$4,800,000”.
