Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a training simulator for the police department in the city of Beverly" and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$250,000"
