Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the linear common or rail trail in the town of Topsfield; provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for parks and recreation improvements  in the town of Danvers" and in said item by striking the figures "$150,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$350,000"
