Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- ; provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to support the work of the Race Equity Task Force in the city of Salem; provided further that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the master plan for Centennial Park in the city of Peabody" and in said item by striking the figures "$390,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$540,000"
