Ms. Jehlen and Mr. Barrett moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $120,000 shall be expended to Greentown Labs, Inc. to support ecosystem acceleration and offshore wind innovation, including pilot studies or prototyping"; and by striking out the figure "$390,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$510,000."
