Local Economic Development Projects in the Norfolk, Bristol, and Middlesex District

Ms. Rausch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting the following:- provided further, that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the town of Norfolk for an engineering study to expand the parking lot of the Norfolk Council on Aging;

And further amended in said item by inserting the following:- provided further, than not less than $64,000 shall be expended to the town of Millis for a new fire alarm system for the Veteran’s Memorial Building;

And further amended in said item by inserting the following:- provided further, that not less than $83,000 shall be expended to New Hope, Inc. for development of a domestic violence shelter and services to support survivors of domestic violence;

And further amended in said item by inserting the following:- provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Greater Attleboro Area Council for Children, Inc. for construction of a new site in North Attleboro;,

And further amended in said item by striking out the figure "$390,00" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $677,000.
