Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to St. John the Evangelist Church in the town of Hingham to support a program to provide free feminine hygiene products to those in need” and

in said section 2, in said item 4510-0100, by striking out the figure “$21,049,963” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$21,074,963”.
