Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-1616, by adding the following words:- ; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for repairs and renovations at the Holyoke War Memorial in the City of Holyoke; and

by striking out the figure "$400,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$450,000".
