Mr. Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, ";provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Town of Norwood's Sesquicentennial Celebration and said item by striking out the figure "$390,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$540,000
