No minimum to receive rebate

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor, Ms. Chang-Diaz and Mr. Fattman move that the proposed new text be amended in line 2314 by striking out the following:- “not less than $38,000 and”; and in line 2316 by striking the following:-“not less than $38,000 and”.
