Substance Use and Disorder Housing and Treatment Support

Mr. Collins moves that the proposed new text be amended provided further, that not less than $20,000,000 shall be expended to the City of Boston to provide treatment, housing, employment, and related services for people with substance use disorder and for development or redevelopment of supportive housing, treatment, and service facilities; including but not limited to housing and facilities at Long Island located in Boston Harbor.
