Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción

Mr. Collins moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 3A, in item 7002-8060, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción, Inc. in the city of Boston”; and

by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,000,000”.
