Tombarello Junkyard Remediation

Mr. Finegold moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 3A, in item 7002-8060, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the city of Lawrence for costs related to assessment and remediation at the Tombarello junkyard”; and

by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,000,000”.
