Milford and Sherborn Water Infrastructure Projects

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 3A, in item 7002-8060, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $725,000 shall be expended to the water department in the town of Milford for water infrastructure and other capital projects; and provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the reduction of phosphorus in the town of Sherborn”; and

by striking out the figure “$1,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,725,000”.
