Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended in Section 2A, by inserting the following item:-

“xxxx-xxxx For a reserve for costs associated with workforce development; provided, that not less than $25,000,000 may be expended to support the HireNow program..... $25,000,000” .
