Expanding confidentiality protections to certain sexual assault counselors

Ms. Rausch moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 48 the following new section:-

“SECTION 48A: Section 20J of chapter 233 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “worker,” the following words:- “ licensed mental health counselor,”.
