Safe Space for Victims

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 0330-6001, in line 35, by inserting after the word “equipment” the following:- “; provided further, that funds in this item shall be expended for projects to support the safety of victims and witnesses while in court-system facilities”.
