An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Sean Bruen, an employee of the Trial Court of the Commonwealth

The committee on Bills in the Third Reading recommends that the bill be amended by adding the following sentence:- “The employee must exhaust all accrued leave time before accessing time from the sick leave bank”.
