Reporting on COVID Spending

Mr. Moore moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _____ the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Not later than September 30, 2021 and March 31, 2022, the secretary of administration and finance shall provide a report to the house and senate committees on ways and means on all spending from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act of 2020 and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021."
