Corrective Amendment

Mr. Rodrigues moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 8 the following section:-

"SECTION 8A. Notwithstanding chapter 62C of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, all returns and payments for the 2020 calendar year that would be otherwise due on April 15, 2021 pursuant to section 6 of said chapter 62C shall be due on May 17, 2021.”; and

in section 13, by inserting after the word “senate”, in line 332, the following words:- “, the house and senate committees on ways and means”; and

in section 22, by inserting after the word “senate”, in line 550, the following words:- “, the house and senate committees on ways and means”.
