Retroactive reimbursement

Mr. Collins, Ms. Moran, Messrs. Eldridge, Tarr, O'Connor and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended in line 210 by adding after the word "application" the following:- ";provided further that funds shall be made available to employers for the purpose of retroactively reimbursing any essential worker or their direct family member who was required by their employer to use personal, sick, or vacation time due to COVID-19 exposure or required quarantine during the state of emergency."
