Employee Eligibility

Mr. Moore moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section ____  the following section:-

“SECTION XX. An employee is not eligible for COVID-19 emergency paid sick leave if the employee is not immunized to prevent COVID-19, unless the employee has medical conditions preventing immunizations or the employee was not eligible for the vaccine at the time of illness.”
