Fire Training Academies

Messrs. Collins and Velis, Ms. DiZoglio, Messrs. Cronin, Eldridge, Fattman, Moore, Brady, Feeney, Tarr and Lesser, Ms. Moran, Ms. Lovely and Messrs. Pacheco, O'Connor and Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8324-0000, provided further, fire department training academies listed in item 8324-0000 of section 2 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008 shall be allocated to each program in fiscal year 2022; provided further, that the amount allocated for hazardous material response teams in said item 8324-0000 of said section 2 of said chapter 182 shall be allocated to each program in fiscal year 2022; provided further that in addition to the allocation listed in item 8324-0000 of section 2 of chapter 182 of the acts of 2008, the Boston Fire Department Training Academy shall be allocated an additional $500,000”.
