Middleton PILOT Funding

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:-

"SECTION_. Section 13 of chapter 58 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure '16', in line 74, the following words:- '; of all land comprising the North Shore regional 911 center and the Essex county correctional facility in the town of Middleton'."
