Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following proviso:- " ; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for facility and equipment improvements for the Agawam Little League Baseball and Agawam Little League Softball"; and by striking out the figure “$255,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$280,000”.
