Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0010, by adding the following proviso:- “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the American Legion Post 185 in the city of Agawam”; and

by striking out the figure "$5,022,822" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$5,072,822".
