Mr. Velis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0010, by adding the following:-

; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for Vietnam Veterans of America in Massachusetts to aid veterans filing claims for medical and financial benefits;
