Ms. Comerford and Mr. Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $35,000 shall be expended for a grant to the Collaborative for Education Services located in the city of Northampton, for the Trauma Informed Hampshire County initiative”.
