Mr. Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the Matt Brown Foundation, Inc. to support individuals and families living with or recovering from illness or injury, with a particular emphasis on those living with or recovering from spinal cord injuries” ; and in said item 7008-1116 by striking the figure “$235,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$265,000”.
