Messrs. Lesser and Gomez moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the adaptive music program at the Community Music School of Springfield, Inc. in the city of Springfield”; and in said section 2, in said item 7010-1192, by striking out the figure “$445,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$545,000”.
