Messrs. Gomez and Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0110, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Brightwood Health Clinic in the City of Springfield to assist in COVID-19 related outreach to the neighborhoods served by said clinic, predominantly in the North End of the City”; and in said item by striking out the figure "$3,110,599" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$3,160,599".
