Harambee Festival

Messrs. Gomez and Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for Hickory Street Harambee Inc. to support their annual festival in the city of Springfield”; and in said section 2, in said item 0640-0300, by striking out the figure “$22,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$22,010,000”.
