Downtown improvements in the town of Manchester-by-the-Sea

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:-"; provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for downtown infrastructure planning in the town of Manchester-by-the-Sea"; and

in said section 2, in said item 7008-1116, by striking out the figure "$235,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-"$255,000".
