Western New England School of Law’s Center for Social Justice Bus

Messrs. Lesser and Gomez moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $195,000 shall be expended to the Western New England School of Law in the city of Springfield to fund pro bono legal services through the operation of the Justice Bus initiative”; and in said section 2, in said item 7008-1116, by striking out the figure “$235,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$310,000”.
