Low-Income Services Solar Program

Messrs. O'Connor, Tarr and Pacheco, Ms. Chang-Diaz and Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided, that not less than $650,000 shall be expended for implementing the low-income services solar program pursuant to section 2LLLLL of chapter 29 of the General Laws”; and

by striking out the figure “$14,800,779” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$15,800,779”; and

by inserting the following section:-

SECTION XX. Section 2LLLLL of chapter 29 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words "not to exceed $500,000 in a fiscal year,"
