Hunting Setbacks with Bow and Arrow

Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Moore, Fattman and Pacheco, Ms. Moran and Mr. Cronin moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-

SECTION X. “Section 58 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 6, after the word "thereof" the following words:- ", provided that a person may hunt with a bow and arrow not less than 250 feet from any dwelling in use except as authorized by the owner or occupant thereof".
