Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. DiZoglio, Messrs. Moore, Lesser, Brady and Keenan, Ms. Comerford, Ms. Gobi, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Lovely and Messrs. Gomez, O'Connor and Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0108, by striking out, in lines 11 to 14, inclusive, the words “exceeds 50 per cent of area median income shall not become ineligible for assistance due to exceeding the income limit for a period of 6 months from the date that the 50 per cent level was exceeded” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “increases shall not become ineligible for assistance due to exceeding the income limit”.
