Messrs. Gomez and Eldridge and Ms. DiZoglio moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following words:- "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for The Latina Circle, Inc."; and in said section 2, in said item 7008-1116, by striking out the figure "$235,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$435,000”.
