Essex National Heritage Future Leaders Program

Ms. Lovely, Mr. Tarr, Ms. DiZoglio and Mr. Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0012, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-“; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Essex National Heritage for the Future Leaders program, to employ underserved youth in Essex County;” and by striking out the figure "$24,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$24,100,000”.
