Ms. Gobi, Ms. Comerford and Messrs. Lesser, Velis, Hinds, Gomez and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 9110-1900, by striking the words "chapter 38 of the acts of 2013" and inserting in place thereof, the following words:- "chapter 24 of the acts of 2021"; and

in said section 2, in said item 9110-1900, by striking out the figure “$12,047,852” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$12,072,852”.
