Massachusetts Native Fish Species Survival

Ms. Jehlen, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Moore, Tarr and Cronin, Ms. Gobi and Messrs. Feeney, Hinds, Gomez, O'Connor and Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2330-0100, by inserting the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to ensure safe passage of sea-run fish between oceans and freshwaters;” and by striking out the figure "$8,178,813" and inserting in place thereof the figure:- “$8,328,813”.
