Messrs. Tarr and Brady moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following :-

"SECTION_. Section 95 of chapter 142 of the acts of 2019 is hereby amended by striking the figures '$50,000' and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- '$60,000'"
