Waters Farm ADA Compliance

Mr. Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the town of Sutton for facilitating compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act at Nathan’s Barn at Waters Farm”; and

by striking out the figure “$255,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$505,000”.
