Mr. Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended to the Greater Lawrence Community Action Council, Inc. to distribute to HEAL Lawrence to support victims of fires or any other disaster in the city of Lawrence and to assist victims with securing rental insurance"; and

by striking out the figure “$155,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$165,000”.
